Karina has had 9 years experience working both within and consulting to a variety of boutique creative/production agencies and directly to clients in NZ, Australia and the UK.

She has worked as a producer, production manager and accountant with a number of broadcast documentaries, large scale projects/campaigns, corporate videos, TVC's, mixed media etc. She is used to running budgets and projects like a tight ship.

LOVE'S HARVEST [2008]
A four part documentary series about small-scale farming. Each episode provides an intimate portrait of two people as they toil through the seasons with their brave ventures to produce high quality food for specialist markets. Devoted to the natural world, at odds with the trend to industrial scale farming, these passionate farmers draw on diverse cultural backgrounds to pursue ideals of sustainable farming. They may be eccentric, they may be small, but they are smart and they are leading us into the future with inspired visions of living on the land.

Genres range from screen versions of classic and modern best-sellers to completely original cutting-edge stories. Series Kamenskaya, Brigada and Idiot became outstanding events both in Russia and abroad. TV channel RUSSIA (former RTR) is one of the largest national TV-companies in the Russian Federation. Save Kids' TV Campaign Supported by Calon
One of Britain's largest independent animation companies, Calon, is spearheading a new campaign for Save Kids' TV. Its creation of a 60-second animated television ad highlighting the potential crisis of British children's TV programming was launched at Showcomotion recently. The politically-fuelled TV trailer featuring Scrooge as the government, stealing Tiny Tim's piggy bank savings and kicking him down the stairs, is deliberately provocative to inspire passionate debate. Recent restrictions in advertising have led to a crisis in UK production for children's television.
